Enhancing Protection ⚔️ & Remaining Sweet🍯: Bath Edition

“Just because you are doing protection & removal work does not mean you can not exist in sweetness & abundance.” - Suneil Jeter

Of all the elements (water, air, earth and fire), water is one of the softest yet impactful elements. Therefore, when you choose water as the basis of your healing/cleansing routine you are allowing the natural behavior of water (it’s ability to flow to vast areas and capture items) to flow over every part of your body and remove any and all blockages with EASE!

I have been feeling called to do a bath for a while, and this weekend was the last straw! So I went to the botanica and got some herbs so I could make my own (homemade baths with your own personal intentions/blessings are always better than the pre made/externally blessed ones).

I came in knowing I needed something really STRONG to remove stagnant energy, clear out blockages, and protect me from outside influences/actions (I’ve been outside a lot, engaging with a lot of different energies and overall taking in things that were not mine). With that being said, The Lady gave me TWO different mixtures - One that’s specific to REMOVING negative energy/intentions and Two that’s specific to OPENING up new paths and blessings. I listed the ingredients to my full healing bath below ⬇️

Ingredients:

  • fresh rosemary

  • Fresh mint

  • Amethyst crystal (used to charge rosemary for enhanced mental clarity)

  • Abre Camino/Thoroughwort “Florida Keys” (local botanica): used for good luck, to help achieve one’s goals, and remove blockages

  • Quita maldicion (local botanica): used

  • Hojas de gandules/leaves of pigeon pea 🫛(local botanica): used to increase sweetness, love, and good luck

  • OPTIONAL: White candle (must be cleansed & blessed beforehand) as seen in the video I cleanse mine with smoke + prayer

Tip: BEFORE you do any type of spiritual work, ask for the blessing and support from God/Ancestors/Spirit Guide/Allah (whomever you align with) & FOLLOW IT UP with an offering. An offering can look anything like, lighting a white candle, cleaning your altar, prayer, etc.
